لا تصلني إشعارات الصلاة
تأكد من السماح بالإشعارات لبركة في إعدادات الجهاز، ومن تفعيل «إشعارات الوقت الحساس» على iPhone. في الإعدادات ← الإشعارات ستجد عدد التنبيهات المجدولة وسبب أي تنبيه مؤجّل: يسمح iOS بنحو ٦٤ إشعارًا مجدولًا، فيقدّم التطبيق أذان الأيام السبعة القادمة. وافتح التطبيق مرة كل بضعة أيام ليعيد الجدولة.
موعد الصلاة يختلف دقيقة عن تطبيق آخر
تُحسب المواقيت على جهازك بطريقة أم القرى افتراضيًا. يمكنك تغيير طريقة الحساب وحساب العصر وتعديل كل صلاة بالدقائق من الإعدادات ← حساب المواقيت، وضبط التاريخ الهجري بمقدار يومين كحدّ أقصى.
انتقلت إلى هاتف جديد
سجّل الدخول بحساب Apple أو Google نفسه على الهاتف الجديد لتعود مهامك وعاداتك وأهدافك. الصور تبقى على الهاتف القديم ولا تُزامَن.
حذف بياناتي
من المزيد ← الإعدادات ← الحساب يمكنك مسح بيانات هذا الهاتف أو حذف حسابك نهائيًا مع كل ما تمّت مزامنته، ويتم ذلك خلال يوم. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

I don't get prayer notifications
Make sure notifications are allowed for Baraka in the device settings, and that Time Sensitive notifications are on for iPhone. Settings → Notifications shows how many alerts are scheduled and which are waiting: iOS allows about 64 scheduled notifications, so the app schedules the next seven days of prayers first. Open the app every few days so it can reschedule.
A prayer time differs by a minute from another app
Times are calculated on your phone, using Umm al-Qura by default. Settings → Prayer calculation changes the method and the Asr method, adjusts each prayer by minutes, and corrects the Hijri date by up to two days.
I moved to a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on the new phone to bring back your tasks, habits and goals. Photos stay on the old phone and are not synced.
Deleting my data
More → Settings → Account lets you erase this phone's data or delete your account for good, together with everything that was synced; this completes within a day. Details are in the privacy policy.
